4th job skills bug & autoban :3

Yo. Im Ishida a lvl 121 Marksman.
I got 4th job then I tested the skill "snipe" it auto ip banned me
Also I couldn't put points into sharp eyes nor mastery. I had the requirments so it's a bug.
Please unban me and try fix the skills <3
